Arbitration
Mr. Marules brings to the arbitration process a unique blend of insurance claims adjusting, accident reconstruction and legal assistant training and experience.
He is certified as an Arbitrator and Neutral in compliance with the provisions of Section 154.052 of the Texas Civil Practices and Remedies Code. Training was conducted by Mr. Richard D. Faulkner, J.D. L.L.M., Executive Director of The National Arbitration Institute of The National medication Academy, Inc., in Dallas, Texas.
